Our mission is to help people with Parkinson’s live well today. We provide essential information, practical tools and inspiration to people living with Parkinson’s. We fund early-phase, innovative research that focuses on exercise, speech, movement and other factors that affect quality of life. It is possible to live well with Parkinson’s today.

What Does it Mean to Live Well with Parkinson’s?

Our founder, cycling legend Davis Phinney, likes to say, “No one chooses Parkinson’s, but everyone has a choice when deciding how they will live with it.” Since Parkinson’s affects everyone differently, your journey from diagnosis will look unique to you. However, there are proven actions you can take every day to help you live well with Parkinson’s: exercise intensely, sleep well, connect with others, take care of your emotional health and mind your medications.
