Each month, we spotlight someone from our Parkinson’s community who personifies our philosophy of living well today – what we call Moments of Victory®.

Your story could be featured on our blog and Facebook page so others can learn from your experiences and victories.

How Do I Submit My Story?

Step 1. Please fill out the form below to share how you or a loved one lives well with Parkinson’s.

Step 2. Attach two photos that we can include with your story: one of you alone and one of you doing something that helps you live well with Parkinson’s. (Photos must be in .jpg or .png format.)

Briefly describe your journey since diagnosis:

How do you live well each day?

What do you wish you would have known when you were diagnosed that you know now about living with Parkinson’s?

What do you wish everyone living with Parkinson’s knew about living well?

Please attach two photos that we can include with your story: one of you alone and one of you doing something that helps you live well with Parkinson’s.
