The role of a care partner is ever-evolving. Come learn about navigating the world of the care partner in a positive way through self-care. We invite care partners to join us for a short presentation by Connie Carpenter Phinney on the importance of self-care, the significance of social engagement, strategies for navigating your role, and practical tips for taking care of your own well-being. This will be followed by a panel discussion with care partner community members and a Q&A session. There are often few opportunities for care partners to get together, share stories and receive support from each other; so, we’re very excited about offering this to you.
*Please note: This session will be facilitated over Zoom meetings. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer and an internet connection to join. This session will also be recorded for registrants to access afterwards.
