Welcome New Members of the Davis Phinney Foundation Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce two new members to our Board of Directors. Brandon Halcott and Jeff Parr bring their personal missions of helping people live well with Parkinson’s to the Foundation. We look forward to the momentum their strategic leadership will bring in 2020 and beyond.

Brandon Halcott is the co-founder and President of Tru Family Dental, a dental support organization with locations throughout Michigan and Illinois. Though he’s from the flatlands of Chicago, Brandon is an ever-smiling, fundraising powerhouse over the mountain passes at The Copper Triangle every summer. As the father of two children under three years old, he admits that free time is hard to come by; however, slalom water skiing in summer and Nordic ski racing in winter keep him fit for those Copper Triangle climbs.

Jeff Parr is Vice-Chairman and Managing Director at Clairvest Group Inc, a private equity management company based in Toronto, Canada. He finds motivation to serve the community in the determination he has seen in his close family and friends who live with Parkinson’s. Jeff is the 2019 recipient of the CVCA Ted Anderson Community Leadership award for his efforts in supporting Parkinson’s and other charitable causes in his community. In his free time, he enjoys snow skiing, cycling and home improvement projects with his wife.

Welcome to the Board, Brandon and Jeff!
